This place is located in an industrialized area, but it has a beautiful enclosed garden, real coffee, and fresh orange juice for breakfast, which is a nice touch.

I had perfect and modern room with a wide bed, the bathroom and prestine bed linen. The breakfast was good and I liked it.

The hotel restaurant was good for this level hotel, also the location is good for Car travellers. Separate exit from room to yard is also good if you travelling with a dog.

This place was peaceful, cozy, and you could make your own fresh orange juice; the location in a nice local area was convenient with a shopping center and supermarket close by.

We were welcomed by the owner with a glass of beer, which after a 8 hour motorbike ride was welcomed! Room was very comfortable, staff were very friendly and the hotel was easy to find. Powerful shower and the room was very clean.

I liked nothing about our stay.

Once you leave reception the hotel is grubby, run down, barely furnished, the stairs and common areas are dirty, the carpets disgusting. The blanket in the bedroom was old and tatty. Despite advertising restaurant facilities none were on offer. If we had not travelled for over 12 hours we would definitely have moved on. There is nil possibility of ever using this hotel or chain of hotels ever again.

A great welcome from the Staff.We were glad the hotel had a restaurant which although basic was good value for money.Excellent all you can eat breakfast.

The toilet was minus a seat so cold to sit on.

The building and rooms here are really nice, and they have the option to squeeze your own fresh orange juice.

a new motorway by-pass is making it harder to find the hotel, because it's not on the map or GPS navigation yet.. (driving form Genova)

Location was good, very close to the motorway and easy to find.

I had to book 2 rooms as we are a family with 3 children. After 'phoning in advance to request adjacent rooms we were given rooms with consecutive numbers but they were about 4 rooms apart with a fire door between them. The hotel is very basic and badly in need of renovation. The check in by 22.00 was a real problem as we were delayed by heavy traffic and arrived at 22.05. The gates were locked and intercom on gate was not working. I had to telephone the hotel and was informed that I should have checked in before 22.00. The manager eventually let us in and was very courteous.

Location was excellent for our needs travelling back from south east spain to calais and needing an overnight stop. Breakfast was also good and parking was secure.

Bedroom was clean but poor quality and very tired and antiquated. Needs a refurbishment. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Evening staff were unhelpful. Restaurant was closed (we booked because this hotel had a restaurant and even asked when booking to reserve a table). We were told restaurant was closed and were not offered an alternative except the supermarket around the corner. We went looking and found a restaurant next door in a competitor hotel. Why could the person at reception have directed us there?? - very unhelpful!

Modern and great hotel with amazingly nice personnel with excellent service. The excellent and unbeatable location for the price, short walk to shopping centre restaurant. Also, to an enclosed garden area.
